Abstract

The need info on the stock price for investors is increasing, it is because investors want to reduce losses , this study will use multiple linear regression analysis to determine the variable dividend per share , return on equity and net profit margin and partial simultaneous effect on stock prices . The population in this study is a state-owned company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ) year period 2008-2011. While the determination of the number of samples used purposive sampling technique . The data collection techniques used in this study documentation . Internal data state-owned company to a variable dividend per share , return on equity , net profit margin and stock prices obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ) year period 2008-2011. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be seen that simultaneous dividend per share , return on equity and net profit margin on stock prices . In the partial test results obtained , the variable return on equity significantly sercara no effect on stock prices . While the dividend per share and the net profit margin significantly influence stock prices . Key words : dividend per share , return on equity , net profit margin , stock prices
