      Abstract

      The purpose of this research is to know about organization communication climate in Hospital Krian Husada. Theoretical basis used in this research is the theory of Pace and Faules about organizational communication climate. This study used survey method with quantitative approach. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of questionnaire. The sampling technique of the current research used total sampling, which is the sample including all population, 60 respondents. Data analysis was performed using frequency tables of data which classified and counted to be displayed as a percentage. The results indicate that the organizational communication climate in hospital Krian Husada.include in the negative category, conclude that communication between the board of hospital Krian Husada.has not run smoothly, resulting in less support in realizing the organization’s goal.
