      Abstract

      The company need to establish a good image to the public so it can be profitable for the company. PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region V Surabaya has a duty to take responsibility in saving the environmental damage in Surabaya, these Corporate Social Responsibility program are Mangrove Ecotourism of Wonorejo Surabaya. The Macro Model of Public Relations Evaluation is used to measure the effectiveness of a program that conducted by the Public Relations of the company. The research method that used is descriptive quantitative research. The population of this research were societies or visitors of Wonorejo Mangrove Ecotourism who aged 17 – 60 years who know the CSR program of Pertamina that is Mangrove Ecotourism with assuming that the respondents understand what is being researched that in the next it will affect the accuracy of the data that resulted. The sampling technique in this study was using a non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling type. Based on that sampling technique, the number of respondents was obtained as many as 100 people. Based on the analysis of the survey results that conducted by researcher on the effectiveness of CSR programs in Wonorejo Mangrove Ecotourism, the overall total score of each Ecotourism Mangrove CSR program indicators can be included that corporate social responsibility program are effective.
