Abstract
Transceiver Station ) by the surrounding communities , as was worried the tower would collapse if the construction of the wind and radiation generated. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. To determine the informants in this study , the authors chose informants considered to meet, understand and live the problems that occur according to the contents of this study. The author tried to find the variation information of informants by using in-depth interviews of informants were considered to meet , live and understand the problems that occur according this study, where the informant can interpret themselves and their environment with their language, terminology and style of their own. Research conclusion is that the strategy PT.Telkomsel Public Relations in building the company's image is still relatively weak , it is because it is not accompanied by action to educate people around the BTS.
