      Abstract

      Study lessons teachers use a learning or team learning refers to the methods , props , materials , teacher observer , the same evaluation based on the needs and character of students in teaching students with special needs (Inclusion) The foundation of the theory used is based on the Social Exchange Theory teacher who must plan , implement and perform reflection in the study lessons. Referring to the theory the researchers used a qualitative descriptive study using data collected with the use of observation and in-depth interviews . Location of the research conducted in Surabaya having SMP 39 crew in applying lessons students study. The results of this study indicate that the study used lessons teachers use many communication model phase flow . Where a teacher has to plan in advance with the team to tailor materials with diverse disabilities of the students . Keywords : Lessons Study , Many Models Phase Flow Communications .
