      Abstract

      Business competition in today's global marketplace, making the quality as one of the most important factors for companies in maintaining keeksistensiannya. To the need for a system or method to improve and enhance quality. This needs to be done in order to avoid distortions that can affect the quality of performance of the resulting product. CV.Wahyu Surya Abadi is one of the companies that produce brochures, where the defective product of 8,05% is expected to fall by 1,93% with the six sigma method. But until now the company is still experiencing problems, ie What is the quality of printing product brochures and quality improvement efforts so as to reduce the percentage of defects that occur in the process of brochure printing. The purpose of the study was to determine the quality of products and increase the quality brochure printing products so as to reduce the percentage of defects that occur in the process of printing brochures in CV. Wahyu Surya Abadi. So in the end the company can implement it as a method that is able to make improvements that benefit all the elements that customers, shareholders and the elements of the company itself. Measurement of process capability levels, as well as improvements to achieve near-perfect results. The results obtained and the calculation of the lowest sigma value falls in the month of January with a value of DPMO 12.704 is converted to the value that is equal to 3,735 sigma precision with no defects at 26,13% as a potential cause. After the repair DPMO value dropped to 3.228 are converted into value that is equal to 4,224 sigma.
