Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the quality of products and increase the quality brochure printing products so as to reduce the percentage of defects that occur in the process of printing brochures in CV. So in the end the company can implement it as a method that is able to make improvements that benefit all the elements that customers, shareholders and the elements of the company itself.
