      Abstract

      A company needs to increase preformansinya especially in terms of quality in an effort to defend itself and compete with other companies. Therefore, companies need to take measurements of preformansinya order to know where the company's current position and how it can boost the preformansinya. One way to do is to know the perception of the employees of the company based on the measures that have been established so that the company can find preformansinya and achieve the goals set. CV Emwe Rona Jaya is a company that produces a wide range of furniture products ranging cabinets, tables, sofas, kitchen sets, etc.. For a while, the improvement made by the company more emphasis on product quality (external). Though the quality of the product must be supported by the company's internal quality. So that in itself will affect the quality of the resulting product. One that elevates the quality management system as a business strategy and customer satisfaction oriented by involving all members of the organization is Total Quality Management. One way to approach the aspects included in Total Quality Management is using the Deming Prize. Deming Prize itself will be an internal quality review, including by category contained within the Deming Prize. Where from that category will be used as variables to analyze the internal condition of the company. Based on the results and analysis of data, it can be seen that the score of 3.18 for the variable organization; standardization of 3.00; restraint of 2.70; analysis of the effect of 2.61 and 3.22. Where the values exceeded predefined targets score of each variable. However, there are categories contained in the variable whose value is lower than the target score include input from employees, bonuses and awards for employees. Companies should hear feedback and suggestions from employees sertamengatasi issue with the lack of bonuses and awards for employees.
