Abstract
PPC ( Production Planning Control ) can be defined as a process for planning and controlling the flow of incoming material , flowing in and out of the system of production / operations so that the market demand can be met with the right amount , the right delivery time , and the minimum cost of production . Jaya is a production company CV.Wedoro sandals and there are always problems facing the rest of the raw materials used as raw materials is always excessive . The raw materials used include leather sponge , sponge spring , white sponge , glue , sol , tongs . Wastage of raw material costs reduce corporate profits would have been expected raw sebelumnya. Material provided in accordance with the needs of the demand , but the fact is the company's production process has not been optimized so that there are still some leftover raw materials such as glue , sol , sol primary . Research was conducted using the method of De Novo Programming to determine the amount of sandals which must be produced by the company in order to obtain maximum benefit . Obtained savings of Rp.650.490 , - using the DeNovo Programming And also forecasting results obtained November 2013 - October 2014 with a profit of Rp . 65,306,750,-.
