Abstract

The need info on the stock price for investors is increasing, it is because investors want to reduce losses , this study will use multiple linear regression analysis to determine the variable Gross Profit Margin, Return On Asset, Return On Investment, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and partial simultaneous effect on stock prices . The population in this study is a state-owned company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) year period 2009-2012. While the determination of the number of samples used purposive sampling technique . The data collection techniques used in this study documentation . Internal data state-owned company to a variable Gross Profit Margin, Return On Asset, Return On Investment, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and stock prices obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ) year period 2009-2012. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be seen that simultaneous Gross Profit Margin, Return On Asset, Return On Investment, Return On Equity on stock prices . In the partial test results obtained , the variable Gross Profit Margin, Return On Asset, Return On Investment, Return On Equity significantly sercara no effect on stock prices .
