Abstract

The study was based on a business strategy that is carried out by CV PLAN>net Desain and an initial of strategy in developing a business that can survive in long periods of time. Researchers examined the Small and Medium Enterprises in Bojonegoro Jaya Marely this because they want to know the business strategy and SWOT analysis conducted Marely Jaya Bojonegoro. Marely Jaya is because it is one of the Small and Medium Enterprises to survive from year to year. Researchers conducted the study for almost a month. Thus the researchers took the title " Strategi Bisnis Usaha Kecil dan Menegah Batik Jonegoroan di Home Industri Kerajinan Batik Marely Jaya di Kecamatan Sumberjo Kabupaten Bojonegoro ". This analysis method using qualitative descriptive study with the aim to describe the complex social reality by applying the concepts of existing theories. In this study, the 9 respondents, where respondents were taken by using purposive sampling technique. Results Strategy for Small and Medium businesses observed in this study suggests that in the financial process of the production strategy. While in Human Resource Management hiring, then analyzed using SWOT analysis covering Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats.
