Abstract

Education and training programs provided to employees is an important step for the company to improve its human resources. Because it is so important issue of education and training of employees for the company for growth in the future. Based on the background of the problem the authors are encouraged to take the title "The Effect of Education and Training Labor Against the Employee Performance Parts Production in PT. Laser Jaya Sakti Pasuruan. "The goal is to determine the effect of the variables of education and workforce training simultaneously and partially on the performance of the production employees at PT. Laser Jaya Sakti. Research using multiple linear regression analysis method to study the independent variables (X1) and training (X2) employee performance dependent variable (Y). The population in this study were employees of the production of PT. Laser Jaya Sakti Pasuruan. The sampling technique using Random Sampling. The results showed that the education variable (X1) and training (X2) are the simultaneous influence on employee performance variable (Y) with a gain greater than Ftabel Fhitung using the F test And the t test showed that the education variable (X1) and training (X2) are partially influence on employee performance variable (Y).
