      Abstract

      This study aims to describe the teenage self-disclosure at Catholic junior high school with the guidance of counseling teacher and to explain self-disclosure improvement technique by the guidance of counseling teacher. It’s expected to help students reduce the burden of mind or another distraction in the learning- teaching process. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This method gives an overview of a situation as clear as possible without any treatment of the research object and also does not use statistics or specific figures. Through accurate communication techniques, the degree of openness of the students will be higher. Starting from a preamble, the students are expected to talk about others, express the idea, until finally express his feelings and self- disclosure.
