Abstract

The process of increasing globalization and information technology through the development of a powerful competitor in the corporate world is also getting tighter . Competitive business environment and complex requires every company to have a new competitive edge and the ability to manage capital effectively and efficiently . Developments in information technology have helped improve the accounting information system ( AIS ) in the field of accounting . The study was conducted on all employees totaling CV Huda Jaya 38 ( 33 women and 5 men ) with primary data in the form of a questionnaire . The analytical tool used is regression . The results of the analysis are then analyzed by the classical assumption test and F-test and t-test statistics. The results of this study indicate top management support and training and user education programs do not significantly affect the performance of the accounting information system CV Huda Jaya . While the ability of personal technique significantly affect the performance of the accounting information system CV Huda Jaya. This suggests that the ability hypothesis personal technique significantly affect the performance of the accounting information system of this means that any change in the variable of personal technical capabilities of the unit will increase the performance of variable accounting information system . Assuming the influence of personal technical ability is cash or unchanged .
