    Basically laundryhaven’t sewage treatment systems to handle wastewater generated from the laundry process. Therefore, we need a method of waste treatment is quite efficient. One of them with the process of electrocoagulation water treatment technology by using an electrochemical process where the anode will release active coagulant such as Cu ion into the solution to form a floc which is able to bind contaminants and particles in the effluent. The study was conducted on a laboratory scale batches using copper as an electrode with a variation of 60, 80, 100, 120, 140 minutes and voltage variations 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 volts. TSS is measured parameters and surfactant. From the results, the optimal results for TSS removal efficiency of 85% from 400 mg/l to 60 mg/l with a voltage of 21 volts with a sampling time of 140 minutes followed by allowance efficiency of 60.36% surfactant content of 15.21 mg/ l to 6 mg/l.
