Abstract

This research aims to know the attitude of the members of the motor fans modifications against the Regulations of constitution No. 22 of 2009 about traffic and road transport. Respondents who examined was a member of the community of Fan motor modifications in Surabaya who aged 17 – 45 years who knows the rules of the ruleof modifications. Components are examined is the cognitive (knowledge), affective (feelings) and konatif (behavior). The results of the research are community members of the motor fans in a negative attitude towards the regulation of RI No. 22 in 2009 about traffic and road transport.
