    Abstract

    This study was conducted to determine the satisfaction of the people of Surabaya in Indonesia watching a comedy program Indonesia Lawak Klub (ILK) in Trans7. In this study, researchers used S-O-R theory and the theory of Uses and Gratification. The analysis technique used in this research is an explanatory analysis techniques with inferential statistics and t-test (t-test). The results showed that the people of Surabaya obtain satisfaction in all of the indicators with the dominant indicator is Entertainment. The results generally stated that the people of Surabaya obtain satisfaction in watching a comedy program Indonesia Lawak Klub in Trans7.
