    Abstract

    Progressive dies Punching system is a tool that could do one or more of the process of formation in a single processing step. This can be done because of the progressive dies are designed so that some suppose that the formation process of shearing, blanking, pierching, and so on can be done with one-way. In this study the design of progressive dies belt locking products (Gasper) in small industry Ngunut - Tulungagung, where the conventional way requires a seven-stage process, whereas when using progressive dies only require a one time process.
