Abstract

AFTA free trade can make the highes competiton between the domestic and the foreign product. The competetion adventage can be reached by increasing perfomance correctlt strategic company. The integration Balance Score Card (BSC) and SWOT model can be to increase the competetion campany. BSC model measure the performance companny by 4 perspective : financiil, customer, internal bisness process and Growth and Learning process. SWOT model analyze strength, weekness, opportuniy and treat. Swot can be choiced the best alternative strategy company. The result showed that Two perspective (Financiil and Growth and Learning process) have good performance, but two perspective the oothers have eneough performance. The Company can be choiced the one from the many alternative : company expanding, increasing product quality, increasing supply chain quality, increasing Human Resources quality and increasing company promotion.
