Abstract

This research is based on the existing phenomenon in Puskemas Jatirogo Jatirogo Sub-district Tuban Regency that is the service that has met Minimum Service Standard (SPM) pregnant women health as evidenced by the increase of pregnant mother's visit every month. The increase of pregnant women's visit in Puskesmas Jatirogo, Jatirogo Sub-district, Tuban Regency shows that the high level of public confidence in service provided by Puskesmas Jatirogo, Jatirogo Sub-district, Tuban Regency. It then encourages the suggestion of Tuban District Health Office to change Jatirogo Community Health Center Jatirogo District Tuban Regency become type D Hospital. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. This study uses case study and data collection techniques using instruments such as observation, interview and documentation retrieval. The result of the research shows that the implementation of Minimum Service Standard (SPM) of pregnant women health at Jatirogo Community Health Center of Jatirogo Sub-district of Tuban Regency has applied Minimum Service Standards (SPM) based on Regulation of Minister of Health No. 43 of 2016 Keywords: Minimum Service Standard (SPM), Public Service, Application
