    Abstract

    The rapid development of System Information Management (SIM) has a positive effect on the performance of public services. The results of the data through the SIM is intended for the needs of the leadership to do management work and decision making. The quality of management and decision making will have an impact on the high level of public satisfaction. Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa) also implements SIM online in its educational services, for example for the Study Plan Card service (KRS). This service has not shown optimal performance because there are still some obstacles that occur. This is indicated able to influence student satisfaction level. Therefore it is necessary to research the Student Satisfaction Survey on online KRS services especially in the State Administration S1 Study Program. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach. The measurement of student satisfaction level on this online KRS service uses several indicators including requirements, procedures, service time, cost / tariff, product specification type of service, implementing competence, executor behavior, service announcement, and complaint handling, suggestion and input. The result of this research shows that the service of KRS Online is able to give satisfaction to the students of State Administration Science Study Program, FISH Unesa. The level of satisfaction felt by students even reached 3.69 for all assessment indicators. Keywords: Management Information System, KRSOnline Service, Community Satisfaction
