      Abstract

Waste of cool storage consist of solid and liquid, but liquid has the higher dominant effect, solid waste can be use for a economical value. Liquid waste of cool storage have a highly BOD, COD, TSS, this can stain the environment, if it’s not be treat. Waste water treatment who is use now is konvensional method, this method is still need a lot of time and wide land for building of waste treatment.Plasma technology is once of alternative to treatment waste of cool strorage because remove proses of material organik is simple. Plasma is made with use a detention of electrical current who distribution to the waste water with alluminium for the electrode with fast time unneed a wide land and high cost. Plasma is made with a electrical detention with direct current. Plasma who make in the water, produce a physic and chemical reaction who will oxidation of organic implied in waste From research wih use plasma technology to remove cool storage waste from PT. WINAROS KAWULA BAHARI is get a good result of COD and TSS removal, is produce in 10.000 volt detention in 25 minute. The last result form this research, COD is abaut 95,5 % and TSS is abaut 97,5 %.
