    Abstract

    This research learn about activity of lipase enzyme immobilization by Ca-alginate. Na-alginate and enzyme mixured then added CaC12 so formed ammobile enzyme. It was measured protein attack in ammobil enzyme and enzyme activity for five time using. The result showed that During lipases immobilization, protein attackfor 92,26 %. Amobi/lipases activity (0,08996 unit/mg protein) less then mobillipases (0,10542 unit/mg protein). Amobillipases that used until four time, activity decrease to 24,56 %. l/it was usedfive time, activity decrease to 4,515 %.
