      Abstract

      Restaurant or Eating is one of the businesses in the service sector, where business is now flooding the market, both in number and type of food and beverage and entertainment on offer, so that the entrepreneurs compete well in improving the quality of the products in this diet variation and drinks, prices, facilities and services. Likewise with what happened to pondok dahar Restaurant Restaurant in Surabaya. Eating a pondok dahar lways hungry for attention to the wishes and expectations of consumers, so that customer satisfaction can be met. This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer satisfaction in buying the product at Res pondok dahar restaurant in Surabaya. The dependent variable (Y) is the consumer satisfaction and the independent variable (X) consists of menu, price, facilities and services. Population used in this study is the consumers who visit and purchase products at Mama's Restaurant in Surabaya. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents to the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is the primary data and data collection through questionnaires, analysis techniques in the study were digunalkan Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the analysis proved that simultaneous and partial menu of variables (X1), price (X2), Facility (X3), and Service (X4) significantly influence consumer satisfaction (Y) at pondok dahar Restaurant in Surabaya. X1 parsial X2 and X3 Signifikan and X4 dominan. Keywords: Menu, price, amenities, services, Customer Satisfaction
